I am Mr. Rachid, the CEO of the Vietnam Tax and Insurance project, with expertise in social media management, community management, e-commerce, and project management. I have led successful online businesses, including managing an eBay and Amazon dropshipping business, as well as operating Diamonashop, an e-commerce print-on-demand store.

With a strong background in digital marketing and strategic planning, I hold certifications as a Scrum Master and Google Project Management Professional.

I created the Tax Finalize website to offer a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that helps individuals, particularly foreign employees in Vietnam, navigate the complexities of tax finalization and social insurance processes. The website aims to simplify these processes, providing expert guidance and easy access to essential services, addressing the challenges faced by expatriates in understanding local tax regulations and securing their social insurance benefits.

I have a proven track record in overseeing payroll systems, managing personal income tax (PIT) finalization, and navigating complex social insurance processes for both local and expatriate employees.

My expertise also spans HR policy development, budget planning, and operational cost review, all while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
